Mister Pollack went outside to see what was going on. When he came back in, he told us what he saw. Clouds. Mushroom clouds. It's finally happened. The end of the world.
”— Carrie DelaneyMister Pollack was a teacher from the Early Dawn Elementary school in 2077.
Background[]
Several teachers, including Carrie Delaney, Claudia, Mr. Cob and Pollack, were leading a field trip to the Lamplight Caverns when the Great War broke out on October 23, 2077.
When the lights went out in the caverns, Mr Pollack went outside to find out what was going on. When he returned, he reported that he had seen mushroom clouds all over the D.C. area. Over time, the adults in the caverns who ventured outside to look for help or supplies never came back, so it is assumed Mister Pollack suffered the same fate. The skeletons outside suggest that he may have died of radiation poisoning shortly after leaving.[1]
Appearances[]
Pollack is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
