The poisoned Shishkebab is a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Characteristics[]
The weapon is very powerful in combination with the Pyromaniac perk and any other melee specific Perks, especially because of the dark datura Poison effect it has, resulting in -2 INT and -58(1s) HP.

The weapon can only be acquired by the use of console commands.
