Phantom device is a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Background[]
Created in the image of Mistress of Mystery's iconic piece of equipment of the same name, the phantom device was created by Frederick Rivers to emulate its functionality, allowing Order of Mysteries assassins to disappear in a puff of smoke.
Characteristics[]
Essentially an improved Stealth Boy with the bonus of frenzying any survivors. It's also a very valuable trade item.
