Peta is a recruit in Fallout Tactics.
Background
This girl has studied energy for four years. Lasers, plasma rifles, and electromagnetic pulse weapons hold no surprises for her. When she uses melee weapons, she always tries to pick out something that gets an extra jolt from her friend, electricity.[1]
