The perfectly preserved pie has a creamy base and is topped with some kind of pink fruit topping and whipped cream. It restores 30 hit points and, unlike most food from before the war, does not contain any rads.

In the base game, perfectly preserved pies can be found only in Port-a-diners, which have a very small chance of actually grabbing and delivering the pie to the outside.
One pie can be found in an Eat-o-tronic inside the compound beneath RobCo sales and service center.
