Requirements[]
The Optics Enhancer can be bought from Doctor Usanagi in New Vegas clinic for 4,000 caps, designed to improve eyesight of the person it's installed in.
Effect[]
With the Optics Enhancer implanted to the user's optic nerve[1], the implanted user will have his/her optic signals from the brain amplified allowing for better vision adding +1 to Perception.
Notes[]
If you have a perception of 3 or lower, you can get this implant for 3000 caps instead.
