Patrick's Farewell is a holodisk in Fallout 3. It's author was a former member of the United States Army, named Patrick, who opened up his wrists and jumped off a cliff.

It is located in a metal box between Vault 106 and VAPL-58 Power Station, near a motorcycle and the scenic overlook.

I know this wasn't fair to you. I'm sorry. Everything you've done for me since Anchorage, you were the best chance I had at making a normal life again, but I just don't think it's possible for me. You deserve a life of your own.
