Party Boy or Party Girl (depending on the player character's sex) is a perk in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76.
Effects[]
Fallout 3[]
With this perk, the Lone Wanderer does not suffer any withdrawal effects from alcohol addiction.
Fallout 4[]
“
The Party Boy and Party Girl perks remove the threat of alcohol addiction. They may also double the effects of alcohol, and increase your Luck.
”— Fallout 4 loading screen hintsThis perk focuses around making alcoholic beverages more effective. The first rank removes the risk of alcohol addiction, the second rank doubles the positive effects of alcohol and the third rank increases one's Luck by 3 whenever under the influence of alcohol.
Notes[]
- The interface icon is similar to that of Fallout 1 and 2's Chem Reliant trait, which itself dealt with chem addiction effects.
- Some of the utility of the perk may be lost on those who own and frequently use the "My First Laboratory" available for purchase in My Megaton house/the Tenpenny Tower suite. The lab removes all addictions on the character upon use unless it is brewing a chemical, its second feature.
