Layout[]
Once a small dairy in the north of Suffolk County, Parsons Creamery is now merely a small shack. A few milk vending machines litter the area and a small residence has been set up on the second floor, with a bed and a few shelves.

- The mysterious serum can be found on a raider in the creamery during the quest Special Delivery.
