Parkview Apartments is a location in the Commonwealth.
Background[]
This apartment complex has seen better days; the raider tenants have been strung up and gutted to decorate the apartments for the super mutants that recently moved in.[1]
Layout[]
The entrance to the apartments opens to a small common area before there's a doorway to the apartments proper. There is only one accessible apartment on the ground floor, which contains a weapons workbench. Up two flights of stairs, one comes to another apartment, home to a duo of raiders and an Expert-locked safe. A nearby door leads to a the roof, where a raider lookout point has been set up, which includes a armor workbench.
A couple of nearby staircases ascend to the top of the rooftop where there is a wooden bridge spanning to the rooftop of the adjacent Parkview Lounge. There's a clubhouse on the lounge rooftop that contains a steamer trunk, as well as a staircase and some scaffolding that descends to another roof. A door leads into the manager's office, in addition to have a staircase leading to the dance club and bar. A couple of doors here also lead out to the roof again. An elevator against the southern wall descends to the ground floor of the lounge, down to a reception area and a door back out to Boston.
The roof on the opposite side, connected by a makeshift plank bridge, has the MILA placement point.
Appearances[]
Parkview Apartments appears only in Fallout 4.

The interior of Parkview Lounge is grotesque, with a gang of dead Raiders now strung up and gutted as Super Mutant decoration. The bar area has two exits outside. The one in the east wall allows you to climb scaffolding stairs to the roof."
