“
The sound you coax from your Stradivarius is bar none the most haunting, beautiful thing I've heard here to date.
”Parker Livingsteen was the studio supervisor for Vault 92's musicians.
Background[]
Parker Livingsteen was one of the first to uncover clues as to the real purpose of Vault 92, though he never knew it. He quickly uncovered a rogue element in the sound studio that was leaking into the recording banks, but never identified it as white noise used for the purposes of brainwashing. He was involved in a relationship with Hilda Egglebrecht and they were meeting in the recording studio when they were both killed by brainwashed citizens.
Appearances[]
Parker Livingsteen is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
