I was, am, and will most likely be P.A.M. Predictive Analytic Machine.
”P.A.M. (the Predictive Analytic Machine) is a modified Assaultron robot assisting the Railroad at their headquarters in 2287.
Background[]
PAM is a computer system designed for one thing and one thing only: Predicting the future based on data provided to it. Its biggest issue is that human beings are an infinitely complex set of variables and as such, constantly force P.A.M. to revise her algorithms and adjust them - especially when wild cards like the Sole Survivor come into play. Created under the P.A.M. Initiative in 2067, PAM was instrumental in the Defense Intelligence Agency's efforts to analyse its massive data collection.[1] [2][3] Installed into a custom Assaultron frame shortly before the Great War,[4] PAM was effectively interred at The Switchboard, before it was rediscovered by the Railroad. Its predictive capabilities proved decisive in enabling the covert organization to evade detection and annihilation at the hands of the Institute.

Note that completing Blind Betrayal immediately starts this quest, which causes PAM to lock up and refuse to interact as long as it remains in the quest log.
- Railroad
- Jackpot: P.A.M. sends the Sole Survivor to acquire a number of DIA caches in various places throughout the Commonwealth.
- Mercer Safehouse: PAM asks the player to establish a new safehouse.
