The Oregon cannibals are a group of cannibalistic tribals located around Arroyo in 2241.

Background

They are a tribe of cannibals located around Arroyo, probably in another part of Oregon that is impossible to reach in-game. Based off their dialogues, they don't appear to be very structured or intelligent, but they have incredible speed and agility. They have no known headquarters and travel in small bands of six, armed with knifes and spears seeking humans for their meat.

The Oregon's cannibals can be sometimes encountered by the player. They are armed with knifes, spears, and sharpened spears. They can be encountered in random encounters around Arroyo.

Notes

• They are quite strong for a low-middle level character, especially in melee. Their spears are used during ranged combat meaning they can deal damage up close and at range. They have a lot of AP allow them to reach any opponent in melee easily, and are always in groups of six, surrounding the target at incredible speed if they are not killed in the first two rounds. That said, their low HP and armor mean they have a low damage resistance.
