Fiddlesticks! What ten year old doesn't like presents?

— Lucy Palmer, on the Lone Wanderers birthday.

Lucy Palmer more known as "Old Lady Palmer" is a resident of Vault 101 in Fallout 3..

Background[]

Jonas's grandmother lives alone in her apartment where nothing has changed for decades. She's kind and proud of her grandson, and she bakes the most delicious sticky sweetroll. As a retiree, she no longer carries her PIP-Boy.[2] Anne Palmer, her daughter, was team leader of a scouting party that left the Vault to explore the outside world in February 2241. Though she has agreed to Almodovar's plan to keep the habitability of the surface a secret, she frequently slips up and refers to surface events.
