Obtain more equipment is an unmarked quest in Fallout.

Walkthrough

• Go talk to Overseer Jacoren on Level 3 of Vault 13.
• Use the dialogue option stating that the quest for the water chip is going badly repeatedly.
• Eventually, the option to tell him that the mission would be easier with more equipment, the Overseer will agree and give the player character some extra equipment.

Reward

• 48 rounds of 10mm ammo.
• 2 stimpaks.
