The Nuka-Nuke is an ammunition type in the Fallout 4 add-on [Nuka World.
Background[]
Nuka-Nukes are based off of the successful mini nuke design, with a red and grey body and a luminescent blue band encompassing the warhead. It uses the unique isotope created for Nuka Quantum to explode into a bright blue mushroom cloud, destroying whatever is unfortunate enough to be at the epicenter of the explosion.

Nuka-Nukes are even stronger than mini nukes, but are exceedingly rare.

- Three are found in the vault underneath Bradberton's office to the side of Bradberton's setup.
- Nuka-Nukes can be created at a chemistry station by combining a mini nuke and a bottle of Nuka-Cola Quantum.
