The Nuka-Galaxy medallion is a miscellaneous item in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
Characteristics
This medallion affirms that a visitor saved Earth from Zetan alien invaders in Nuka-Galaxy in the Galactic Zone and is one of seven that must be obtained to redeem a special prize for N.I.R.A.
