This small pink folder contains possibly one of the most closely held secrets from before the Great War: the recipe for Nuka-Cola. The seventeen fruits and the proportion of each needed to create the syrup, the ratio of carbonated water to syrup, everything that makes Nuka Cola, Nuka-Cola, is kept in this folder.
Sierra Petrovita is so enthralled to finally see the recipe that she eagerly pays 500 bottle caps for the opportunity to keep it safe.
