Nuclear Nellie is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Characteristics
Nuclear Nellie is a Howitzer looking cannon, this gun was originally designed to fire a ten megaton nuclear warhead shell, cannon style, to a target some thirty miles away.
