Synopsis [ ] Corporal William Farber is in charge of preparing palatable food for the troopers stationed at Camp McCarran . Problem is, the supply of foodstuffs lacks variety, limited to corn and beans most of the time, and the dead food processor in the mess hall makes preparing a variety of meals largely impossible.
Walkthrough [ ] The player has to talk to the Corporal to learn of his woes. Afterwards, they can tackle the tasks in any order. Repairing the funky machine behind the counter can be done in two ways:
Repair 80 allows the player to jury-rig the food processor by bypassing redundant (and broken) co-processors using bobby pins, tape, and a Swiss army knife borrowed from a trooper.Otherwise, the player needs to give it a complete overhaul, which requires:
