The Niagara Sabotage was an intelligence mission run by the People's Republic of China in 2062.

Background

The Niagara Sabotage was a sabotage mission executed by the People's Republic of China on the eastern seaboard of the United States. It is unknown who attempted the sabotage, but Wan Yang was arrested and was to be brought to Albany, New York on charges of suspected espionage. However, she escaped when being transported.
