Oberly is a member of the Facilities division, responsible for food and housing throughout the Institute. He coordinates with BioScience to ensure that meals are balanced for optimal nutrition. His close ties with the fellow division make him a candidate for resolving tense situations whenever a standoff emerges.[1]
A House Divided: Newton manages the quest and provides the holotape to the player. After Loken and Biggs are brought into the fold alive, he also requests that the player choose the appropriate punishment. With a difficult persuasion check, the player can have the rebellious researchers executed.
