Simply put, they were given the power to deal with any threat towards national security.
Examples of use[]
- The Vault Dweller's Survival Guide, official Vault-Tec Industries documentation, contained information directly affecting national defense. As such, the New Amended Espionage Act was used to prosecute any revelation of its contents to unauthorized persons.[1]
- The Warrington station containment door separating Tenpenny Tower from the metro network below (as an emergency measure) contained a disclaimer prohibiting unauthorized use, subject to a fine of $500.00, and possible imprisonment.[2]
