You can obtain it by dealing 1600 damage with axe-type weapons. You gain +2% critical chance (per rank) with the fire axes, Knock-Knock, hatchets, throwing hatchets, tomahawks, proton axes, proton throwing axes, and the inversal versions of those weapons.
Notes[]
Although not stated in the description as being eligible for the perk bonus, the fire axe and its unique variant Knock-Knock are actually affected by the perk.
