Nelson Latimer is a resident of Diamond City in 2287.
Background[]
One of the affluent residents of Diamond City, Nelson embodies some of the worst character traits of people born into privilege, raised in it, and continuing to live a cushy, safe life. He's an arrogant braggart, in other words. He spends his father's fortune like there's no tomorrow, fancing himself a budding crime boss. In reality, he's a small-time smuggler, bringing cheap chems from Goodneighbor into Diamond City together with Henry Cooke. It bypasses Mayor MacDonough's tariffs and gives him a nice chunk of change: But Latimer's ambitious and he's not into long-term partnerships.
