Once a popular campsite for visitors to Mount Desert Island, this area has become overrun by feral ghouls. Cassie Dalton's cousin Petey met his demise here.

This area is incredibly simple: the southern part has a few tents set up around a campfire, while the northern part houses several storage sheds.
