Nanjing was a city in China and the capital of Jiangsu province along on the Yangtze River.
Background[]
In the March issue of Future Weapons Today, Nanjing is mentioned in being occupied and taken over by U.S. in the Yangtze Campaign. One sniper is mentioned as having used a Wattz 2000 laser rifle.
Staff Sergeant R.B. Vickers served in the operations in Nanjing until September 2076, when he was relocated to the fighting in Shanghai.[1]
