Mystic Pines is a ruin of a convalescence home in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Background[]
An old facility for taking care of the elderly, disabled, or ill.[1] When the Great War came, nobody came to see to the patients, and so many residents and facilty died, in their beds, their wheelchairs, or where they stood.
Layout[]
The building is laid out in a circle around the central courtyard. This depressing place gets even more depressing when one visits the small graveyard in the back, where the unclaimed deceased were buried.
Notable loot[]
- Fusion core, in the basement fusion generator. Behind the door – Advanced locked – in the northeast corner of the building.
- Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor, in the lobby, on the holotape player left of the entrance.
- Nuka-Cola Quantum, on the floor in the lobby, in the refuse pile – among Nuka-Cola – just in front of the entrance.
Appearances[]
Mystic Pines appears only in Fallout 4.

A small convalescence home on the outskirts of Lexington for the infirm or addled. Unlock the security gate (Advanced) in the greenhouse if you require medical items. Pry the Fusion Core from the basement generator, too."
