Once entering the cannery Theodore Collins is being confronted by one of his meat traders, Trader Rylee. About how she cannot commit to selling more than ten potted meat, due to rumors of people getting sick. Should the Sole Survivor decide to venture into the facility, he will welcome them to look around, and just stay out of the basement.... this can only mean one thing.
Walkthrough[]
The quest activates automatically after you use the freight elevator to enter the basement. Collins disables the elevator remotely, forcing the player to navigate through a maze of industrial corridors, old sewers, and plenty of ghouls, to find out that Collins has been supplementing his flagging meat supply with ghoul meat on top of the radroaches, mongrels, and mole rats found at the beginning of the gauntlet in the freezer.
The confrontation occurs once the player exits back onto the factory floor. Collins will announce that he'll just have to kill the Survivor, but once he takes a enough damage, he will beg for a chance and promise a cut of the profits. The player can reject the offer and kill him or agree and collect caps every few days.
