Mysterious Stranger is a perk in Fallout 76.
Effect[]
The Mysterious Stranger's functionality is the same as in Fallout 4, with three ranks that increase the chance of his appearance:
- The Mysterious Stranger will appear occasionally in V.A.T.S. to lend a hand.
- Increased appearance chance.
- Increased appearance chance.

- The Mysterious Stranger perk was originally designed by Scott Bennie.
- The Mysterious Stranger wears a fedora and overcoat, like the protagonists of 1950s film noir.
