Mutated fern flowers are a consumable in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
This small purple flower provides 10 hit points ate the cost of 1 rad. Some wastelanders seek out the flowers of a mutated fern because of their ability to be made into radiation chems such as Rad-X and RadAway.[1]

- They can be harvested from mutated ferns, of which several can be found in Forest Grove Marsh.
