Murphy's Bombing Run is a repeatable quest in Fallout 3.

Murphy is a ghoul scientist who has taken up residence inside Northwest Seneca station. Jet allegedly has little to no effect on ghouls, so Murphy is working on synthesizing an improved version of the drug, which he has dubbed "ultrajet". It is easy to make, but Murphy has been having trouble getting his hands on the materials. He has enough jet and Abraxo Cleaner, but needs help scavenging Sugar Bombs.
For every box of Sugar Bombs that you bring him, he offers to pay you 15 caps. This amount can be increased to 30 caps by passing a Speech check. Following that, you can purchase one ultrajet from him (around 70 caps each) for every eight boxes of Sugar Bombs you turn in.

After you speak to Murphy for the first time, giving him any boxes of Sugar Bombs will result in you not getting paid. Leaving the area and then returning will fix this problem.
