Mount St. Helens was going to be a location in the canceled Fallout Extreme.
Background
Not much is known about this place, except that you can explore the mountain and find Vault 6, which has been cleverly hidden underneath the mountain. A Brotherhood Of Steel experimentation lab is seen here as well.
Appearances
Mount St. Helens was going to appear in Fallout:Extreme, which has now been cancelled by Interplay's 14 Degrees East.
