Motivational Secrets of the Stars is a skill book which was cut from the final version of Fallout 3.

Reading this book permanently increases your Speech skill by 1 point (2 points if you have the Comprehension perk). Like most cut content it is only available through the Console.
Notes[]
The book uses the same model and texture as a pre-War book, it however does not have an icon to display in the Pip-Boy so it will display a generic error message instead.
