The mind cloud syringe is an ammunition type in Fallout 4.

Characteristics

Mind cloud syringes are miniaturized syringes full of chemicals, resembling tranquility darts, that have been repurposed to serve as ammunition for the syringer.

Effects

Mind cloud syringes causes the target to forget they ever saw the attacker, making it more difficult for the target to detect the attacker for 30 seconds.
