The metal cooking pot is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
A pot made out of metal, used for holding and cooking foods until such time as they are eaten or transported to a new container.
In Fallout 3 they can be used as ammunition for the Rock-It Launcher, in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts they can be used to make scrap metal.
Locations[]
Commonly found throughout the wasteland in kitchens, dining rooms, campsites or anywhere else which has at one point had humans living in it.
Notes[]
- There is also a world object with the same appearance, which cannot be added to your inventory.
- Despite having 'pot' in its name, you can not use it to fix the Food Processor in the unmarked quest Not Worth a Hill of Corn and Beans.
- Smaller items can be placed inside it and then the grab function can be used to transport it to an area allowing all items to be stolen without being seen.
