Background

Locked in the Diamond City Security office jail for trying to reprogram the Colonial Taphouse robot to serve him free drinks. He worked with Bobbi No-Nose before and knows that she is not the most trustworthy person. Noting that it "You'd have better luck milking a rabid Yao Guai than getting a straight answer from Bobbi."
