Megaton refugees are hostile survivors of the Megaton destruction, found in the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3.
Background[]
The refugees are former residents of Megaton who are able to escape the detonation of the atomic bomb, should it be triggered by the Lone Wanderer in the Power of the Atom quest.
