Megan Parks is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an Environment Artist. She was responsible for 3D asset, texture and prop creation, as well as for building (planning, layout, decoration, lighting, gameplay flow, navmesh) of various game locations.
