Both the Mechanist's armor, and the matching Mechanist's helmet, make up this costume in the Fallout 4 add-on Automatron, and is worn by the Mechanist.
Characteristics
The Mechanist's armor provides a Damage Resistance of 72 against physical damage, as well as another bonus of 72 against energy weapons, with a set bonus included that also reduces the damage taken from robots by 15%.
The ballistic weave mod can also be applied to this armor, bringing the total damage and energy resistance to 182 each.

Found being worn exclusively by the Mechanist, in which the costume can be looted off of her corpse.
