General McGann was the leader of the Minutemen circa 2240s. He perished after the Battle of the Castle, trapped in the tunnels below the western bastion, he hoped for a counter-attack... this was not meant to be, as the majority of the leaders were killed. He would eventually run out of food and water. His last act was to offer a drink from a bottle of Amontillado to the poor fool immured in the walls, much like he was.[1]
