Mayor MacCready's outfit and MacCready's helmet are pieces of clothing in Fallout 3, worn by Mayor MacCready from Little Lamplight.
Characteristics[]
Mayor MacCready's outfit is comprised of an oversized military coat and baggy pants with leather boots and a helmet resting atop a scarf wrapped around the head. It provided MacCready with a total of 8 Damage Resistance.
Locations[]
They can only be obtained by using console commands as MacCready cannot be pickpocketed nor damaged, much less killed for his clothes.
Notes[]
- In third person while the player is wearing the outfit, it will show the sleeves clipping through the chest.
- The sleeves will cover up the bottom portion of the Pip-Boy 3000, forcing the player to take off the outfit to see the rest of the Pip-Boy.
- It is not possible to wear the helmet.
- It is, however, possible to obtain the helmet via console commands in Fallout: New Vegas, resulting in a huge helmet. MacCready's outfit just takes the image of a standard Vault 101 jumpsuit, however.
Behind the scenes[]
- The model in Fallout 3 was created by Liquid Development.[1]
