Background[]
A tall, slender man with short hair and a wild look in his eye, Matt is a wasteland explorer who stumbled upon Vault 13 by accident. Welcomed into the community by Gruthar, Matt successfully disguised his intentions from the pack until he was prepared to enact his plan. Matt is convinced that the deathclaws pose a major threat to humanity and has conspired to destroy them.
After disabling all input methods for the main computer and destroying the voice recognition module, causing a slow shutdown of systems across the Vault, he attempted to bomb Kerith and her young. The deathclaw mother survived with injuries, having shielded the young from the blast with her body. Matt was soon apprehended and put in custody, though Gruthar declined to see him executed. Matt has retained freedom of movement throughout the lower levels of the Vault, but he is forbidden from entering level one, where he could escape into the wasteland.
