”Martha Rastello is the master merchant of the Water Merchants[1] in Fallout.

Master merchant Rastello is in charge of the day to day operations of the caravan outfit. As Daren Hightower has locked himself in his Heights mansion, she handles all of the problems as the highest ranked trader of the company. This includes dealing with pissed off clients and managing all water shipments.

- Find the Water Chip.: Martha will give a clue to the player that the water chip can be found in Necropolis. The player can also pay her 2000 caps to deliver water to Vault 13, extending the deadline for finding the chip by 100 days. A good Barter skill allows the player to negotiate the price and cut in half.

- If the player commissions the water deliveries after finishing the Find the Water Chip., the game will reset the quest. Effectively, the player will have 100 days to deliver the water chip, without the ability to actually obtain one again.
