Man is a corpse in Freeside in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background[]

The corpse labeled "Man" is found in the building across from Mick and Ralph's shop in the furthest back and furthest right area when looking at the destroyed building from Mick & Ralph's front door.

According to Sarah Weintraub this man bought Euclid's C-Finder and describes him as "a man with a strange metal collar". Veronica may comment "I don't like the sound of this. Hope that collar isn't what I think it is. What did you do, Elijah?" upon hearing this. Lying next to the man is a wrench, which suggests that he might have tried to take off the collar, but failed and his head exploded as the result.
