Mai Da Chiang is the owner and proprietor of the Red 888 Guns shop in San Francisco in Fallout 2.

Background[]

A rotund man of Chinese descent, Da Chiang runs in permanent overdrive, selling his wares with unceasing enthusiasm to anyone who comes into his shop. He has excellent stock, including the mighty Vindicator minigun and the M72 Gauss Rifle, with a large stockpile of ammunition to go with them.[2][3]
