Mad Scientist is a challenge in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Requirements
Have an experiment go horribly awry.
In the X-8 Research Center, take a left after you enter. Proceed in this direction until you reach a room with a RobCo console. Interact with the console, and choose to splice a dog and a Lobotomite. A bloody mess will ensue.
The player can also splice other creations if the required holotape is in their possession. See Automaton.
