Dominated for centuries by an old stone lookout tower, this settler encampment by the Saugus River was recently pillaged by raiders. Also recently, some Gunners stole some eggs from a deathclaw nest in the ravine to the north, with orders take them to Diamond City for an eccentric resident.
The settlement is composed to two main wooden shacks, connected by a small bridge. Outside of the eastern shack is a cooking station. East of the shacks is a four story tower with circuit breaker that activates a sirenat the top.
The Scrapyard Home Decoration Guide edition of Wasteland Survival Guide is found on a sleeping bag on the east side of the main shack.
↑Fallout 4 Vault Dweller's Survival Guide Collector's Edition p.276: "[2.05] LYNN WOODS Dominated for centuries by an old stone lookout tower, this settler encampment was recently pillaged by Raiders. Why not return the favor? Expect reinforcements if you scale the tower; even the odds by flipping the circuit breaker atop the tower. The siren summons two Deathclaws from a nearby nest. Unlock the steamer trunk (Master) using good old-fashioned chuzpah, or use the key on the settler corpse at the top of the tower." (Fallout 4 Vault Dweller's Survival Guide Map)
