This low-rise parking structure once offered reasonable rates and a view of Gibson Point Pier. Now it is deserted and partly flooded.[1]
Layout[]
The parking structure has three levels, the lowest of which is sunken into the sand and is flooded. A walkway leads straight to the beach.

Lynn Pier parking appears only in Fallout 4.
