Don't mess with my kids or I'll make sure you can't have any.
”— Lucy, Fallout 3.Lucy (real name Lucia)[1] is the doctor of Little Lamplight in Fallout 3.
Background[]
Lucy was born in Little Lamplight in 2266 and grew up learning practical medicine from Red, who she considered an older sister. By the time she was seven years old, she was the preeminent medical authority in Lamplight, and her medical treatment saved Mayor MacCready's life when he was injured in a cave-in. Since then, she's cared a little more about him than the others, and she thinks of Lamplight as "their family." Since MacCready took control, she's been his constant companion, occasionally tempering his instincts with a measure of caution.[1] She acts as the resident doctor in Little Lamplight, making sure the kids get their vitamins and such and patching them up when they get an injury.
Adult Life[]
After reaching adult age and leaving Little Lamplight, she wound up marrying MacCready and gave birth to a son by the name of Duncan. She would later be killed by feral ghouls while hiding in a metro station.

Quests[]
- The Replicated Man: If bribed or you pass a medicine or speech check she will tell you that Pinkerton is the one who pulled off the android's surgery (this is strange as she is a child and no one has seen Pinkerton in years, as well as the fact that the little lamplighters have limited contact with the outside world and have probably never made it to Rivet City).
- Fungus Deal: She reveals information about the curative effects of the mushrooms present in the Little Lamplight settlement, namely, their anti-radiation effects. If Mayor MacCready allows it, she will trade Buffout for cave fungus.
